What is the cost

Most projects start around $17.99 per sq ft, though the final price depends on turf type, site access, and factors like permeability needs, edging, retainment, and slope. The calculator above accounts for your specific site.

What Makes Us Different

We won't be the cheapest quote you get. What we won't do is cut the corners that cause turf to fail early:  shallow excavation, when most companies settle for a mere 4 inches excavation, we dig 6 inches, to stand the winters in BC, standard base material on a site that needs drainage help, or bargain infill. The depth of our excavation and the base material we use are decisions that show up five years later, not on installation day. We will communicate all the details of the scope in a perfect detailed estimate. No headaches no surprises.

Don't just take our word for it — we have 25+ five-star reviews on Google and BBB from real completed projects.

  • Strategic Partnerships: In 2025, we have started an explusive partnership with turf industry leaders PREMIUM GRASS BLADES to access cutting-edge products.
  • Quality Assurance: Rigorous quality control processes ensure that every roll of artificial turf meets our exacting standards.
  • Cost Efficiency: We thrive for efficient/fast installation without cutting corners and competitive pricing, passing on the cost benefits to our clients.
  • Custom Solutions: Benefit from a diverse selection of turf options tailored to your specific aesthetic and functional requirements.

Why Choose Artificial Turf

  • Low Maintenance — No mowing, watering, or fertilizing

  • Looks Great Year-Round — No dead patches, no mud season
  • Saves Water and Lawn Care Costs — Especially valuable during BC's summer watering restrictions
  • Pet and Kid-Friendly — Durable, non-toxic, and safe for daily use
  • 15-20 Year Lifespan — When properly installed with the right base and drainage

How to install artificial turf?

Our Process

  • Site Assessment — We evaluate your soil, drainage, and existing landscaping
  • Base Preparation — We excavate to a full 6 inches, where many installers stop at 4. That extra depth is what keeps your lawn from settling, rutting, or holding water years down the line. (For sites with drainage challenges, ask us about our installation of a permeable base instead of standard crushed fines, so water moves through the ground rather than pooling underneath.)
  • Turf Installation — Precision seaming for invisible seams and secure edging, so there's no visible line where two rolls of turf meet
  • Infill and Finishing — We use zeofill as our standard infill, not the cheaper alternatives, because it's safer for kids and pets and doesn't retain heat or odour the way some infills do
  • Final Walkthrough — We review the finished install with you before we call the job done

We really love what we do and we will make sure that the project exceeds your expectations every time.

Yes! We install pet-friendly synthetic turf designed specifically for dog owners in Langley, Surrey, and Abbotsford. Our pet turf systems feature high-flow drainage backing that allows urine to drain instantly, along with non-toxic, odor-neutralizing infill to prevent ammonia buildup.

Premium synthetic turf is built to last 15 to 25+ years. Because artificial grass does not rot, freeze, or wash away, it handles rainy Lower Mainland winters and summer heat effortlessly without turning muddy or brown.

Professional artificial turf installation in the Lower Mainland generally ranges from $17 to $20+ per square foot, depending on total yard size, turf quality, site accessibility, and sub-base preparation requirements. Standard residential backyards typically range between $5,000 and $12,000+.

What factors affect artificial grass pricing?

  • Sub-Base Excavation & Drainage: Proper excavation (removing existing lawn/clay) and placing crushed aggregate sub-base for superior BC drainage is the most critical part of installation.
  • Turf Quality & Blade Design: High-density, multi-tone synthetic turf designed for high foot traffic or pet use carries higher material costs.
  • Pet Turf Infill: Dedicated pet installations require specialized antimicrobial infill and specialized drainage backing.

We provide detailed, transparent written quotes following an on-site consultation anywhere in Surrey, Langley, Coquitlam, and surrounding Lower Mainland communities.

A standard residential artificial turf installation typically takes 1 to 3 business days of active construction. Please note that our field crews operate Monday through Friday (we do not work on weekends or statutory holidays).

Larger backyards, complex multi-tier yards, or projects combining artificial turf with pavers and retaining walls can take 1 to 2+ weeks depending on the total scope.

Estimated Project Timelines:

  • Small Dog Runs & Townhome Patios (Under 300 sq ft): 1 Day
  • Standard Residential Backyards (300–1,000 sq ft): 2–3 Days
  • Large Commercial Grounds & Multi-Feature Hardscapes (1,000+ sq ft): 4–7+ Business Days

Factors affecting artificial turf schedules in the Lower Mainland:

  • Site Excavation & Sub-Base Prep: Digging out old sod, roots, and heavy BC clay takes time. Proper excavation and aggregate base compaction cannot be rushed, as this forms the foundation that prevents future surface wrinkling or drainage issues.
  • Site Accessibility: Wide-open yard access allowing skid-steers or excavators moves significantly faster than hand-hauling wheelbarrows of aggregate and turf rolls through narrow side yards.
  • Wet Weather Conditions: While synthetic turf handles heavy rain effortlessly once installed, ground excavation and crushed aggregate base compaction require manageable moisture levels to hit proper soil density.
